Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This website is the official home of Charlie the 2nd. We keep things simple and respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

For the purposes of data protection law, the data controller is Charlie the 2nd. If you have any questions about this policy or about how your information is handled, you can contact us at charliethe2ndofficial@gmail.com.

What information we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the booking enquiry form. That may include:

We do not ask for, or collect, any sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and arrange a possible booking. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we will not send you unsolicited messages.

How the form works

The booking form is handled by Netlify, the service that hosts this website. When you submit the form, your details are processed and stored securely by Netlify on our behalf and sent to us by email so we can reply. You can read about Netlify's own privacy practices on their website. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are popular, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it collects anonymous, aggregated information about visits and does not use cookies, and does not track or identify individual visitors across websites.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it. To make any such request, just email us at charliethe2ndofficial@gmail.com and we will be glad to help. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled improperly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date at the top.
